Treva Lavonne Vineyard, age 87, of Savannah, Tennessee passed away Monday, May 19, 2025 at Hardin Medical Center in Savannah, Tennessee.
She was born June 17, 1937 in Cassville, Missouri the daughter of Alvin and Frances (Starkey) Henson. On November 3, 1956 in St. Louis, Missouri she was united in marriage to Charles William Vineyard, who preceded her in death on January 28, 2013. Also preceding her in death was her parents.
Surviving are her son Charles “Chuck” Vineyard and his wife Estella of Savannah, Tennessee; daughters, Debbie Tarver and her husband Jeff of Memphis, Tennessee and Carol Rivalto and her husband Paul of Atoka, Tennessee; brothers, Darrell Henson and his wife Melba of Cassville, Missouri, Dale Henson and his wife Jean of Cassville, Missouri, Harold Henson of Cassville, Missouri and Dewey Henson and his wife Sue of Springdale, Arkansas; sisters, Marian “Foxy” Moore of Cassville, Missouri and Connie Henson of Cassville, Missouri; ten grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren.
Treva grew up and attended school in Cassville, Missouri graduating from Cassville High School. She was a homemaker. Treva enjoyed sewing, reading, and spending time and playing with the grandchildren. She was a member of Mount Hermon Baptist Church.
Graveside services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Tuesday, May 27, 2025 at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery in Butterfield, Missouri under direction of Fohn Funeral Home in Cassville. Pastor Milford Baker will conduct the services.
The family will receive friends from 9:30 until 10:30 A.M. Tuesday at Fohn Funeral Home in Cassville.
