Norman John Bardeen, age 84, of Branson
Norman John Bardeen, age 84, of Branson, Missouri, passed away on December 22, 2021. He entered this life on July 17, 1937, the son of William and Charlotte Bardeen in Green Bay, Wisconsin. He is preceded in death by his parents and wife, Wynona (Higbee) Bardeen.
Norman proudly served our country in the United States Air Force. After his time in the service, he became an art teacher in Illinois. In his retirement he took great joy in tending a small herd of dairy goats and a variety of other unique creatures. Norman was a spiritual man who loved God dearly. Using his gifts, he enjoyed playing guitar, writing songs, oil-painting, and jogging. Norman was a kind, honest, funny, strong, and caring man. Those of us privileged to know him would say he was a tremendous blessing in our lives. He will be incredibly missed. . .
He is survived by brother: Charles Bardeen; son, William Bardeen; stepson, Jon W. Mains; daughter: Cindy Bardeen; stepdaughter: Melissa Cardenas; eight grandchildren; and many great-grandchildren.
