Michael “Shane” Kisler, age 50, of Purdy, Missouri

            Michael “Shane” Kisler, age 50, of Purdy, Missouri passed away Tuesday, November 22, 2022 at his home.

            He was born June 17, 1972 in Stella, Missouri the son of Ellis Kelly and Rita (Periman) Kisler. On October 31, 2011 in Eureka Springs, Arkansas he was united in marriage to Danette Seeley, who survives. Also surviving are his mother, Rita Bridgewater and her husband Chuck of Langley, Oklahoma; one sister, Bridgette Bridgewater of Miami, Oklahoma; six nephews and one niece.

            Preceding him in death were his father, Ellis Kelly “Butch” Kisler and two brothers, Ellis Kelly “K.J.” Kisler, Jr. and Dion Kisler.

            Shane attended school in Cassville, Missouri. After school he moved to Kansas City, Missouri helping to install power lines, when he returned to Cassville in 1992 he began working for Tyson Foods and later at the Purdy Quarry for several years until he became ill. Shane enjoyed fishing, hunting for arrowheads, gardening and loved anything to do with cars.

            A private memorial service will be held at a later date. Cremation arrangements are under direction of Fohn Funeral Home in Cassville, Missouri.

            Contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in memory of Shane.
