Lorraine Helene Schwartz, age 90, of Cape Fair, Missouri
Lorraine Helene Schwartz, age 90, of Cape Fair, Missouri, passed away May 25, 2023. She entered this life April 11, 1933, in St. Paul, Minnesota, the daughter of Nicholas and Hazel (Gmeiner) Mock.
With a heart for helping others, Lorraine worked as a cook and manager for Charter Oak High School in Covina, California, for more than 20 years. While with family, she could be found cooking, sewing, camping, traveling, and doing arts and crafts. Lorraine loved her family and investing time with them. She will be greatly missed.
Lorraine is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Ronald Schwartz; son, Mike Calligan; and brother, James Mock.
She is survived by her two daughters: Jan (Richard) Reyes of Alpharetta, Georgia, and Sue (Tom) Cenderelli of Cape Fair, Missouri; two grandchildren: Jennifer (Jason) Neiswonger of Reeds Spring, Missouri, and Bryan Cenderelli of Cape Fair, Missouri; great-granddaughter, Ella Neiswonger; and many other grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and extended family.
