LeRoy Charles Rodgers, age 78, of Branson, Missouri.
LeRoy Charles Rodgers, age 78, of Branson, Missouri and Milo, Iowa, passed away January 29, 2025. He entered this life January 18, 1947, in Indianola, Iowa, the son of Ernest Lee and Mildred Lucille (Buckingham) Rodgers. He was joined in marriage August 8, 1975, to Carole Gardiner.
LeRoy proudly served our country in the United States Army and volunteered in the P.O.W. network for eight years. LeRoy participated in rock and gem and jewelry shows all across the Western United States. He took pleasure in hunting, fishing, RVing, and cooking. He loved his family and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
LeRoy is preceded in death by his parents and a granddaughter, Rochelle Geter.
He is survived by his wife of nearly 50 years, Carole Rodgers; daughter, Renate (Charles) Blankenship of Keithville, Louisiana; daughter, Heather (Clint Bailey) Anderson of Milo, Iowa; grandson, Hunter Talbot of Woodward, Iowa; great granddaughter, Kamylia Reins of Pensacola, Florida; sister, Sheryl Rodgers of Derby, Kansas; as well as many friends and extended family.
