Lee Gould, age 83, of Forsyth, Missouri.
Lee Gould, age 83, of Forsyth, Missouri, passed away September 19, 2024. She entered this life October 11, 1940, in Atlanta, Georgia, the daughter of Clyde and Virginia (Tenner) Smith. She was joined in marriage September 29, 1962, to Charles “Tony” Gould.
With a heart for others, Lee gave herself to the nursing industry for over 51 years. During her time away from nursing, Lee could be found doing things outside, cooking, baking, gardening, and crafting. Her favorite saying was “Oh, how hard can it be.” She was quick-witted and had a great sense of humor. Lee will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
Lee is preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Al Smith.
She is survived by her husband of 62 years, Charles Gould; two sons: Lance Gould of Indiana and Dave (Julie) Gould of Florida; daughter, Cathy (Keith) McLean of Illinois; two grandchildren: Keegan (Emily) Leckrone and Katie Leckrone; and four great-grandchildren: Anthony, Dominic, Elle, and Luka.
