Larry Clinton Sanford, 78, passed away on November 5, 2025.
Larry Clinton Sanford, 78, of Harrison, Arkansas, peacefully left his earthly house for his eternal home Wednesday, November 5, 2025. Born March 29, 1947, to Clinton and Pauline Sanford in Lebanon, Tennessee.
Larry attended Flatrock, a single room schoolhouse all the way up and through High School. He graduated from Lebanon High in 1965. He worked for only one company his entire career and that was Rock-Tenn.. Beginning in Tennessee he transferred to Norcross, Georgia, and finally to Harrison, Arkansas. In 1975 Larry put down his roots in Harrison and ultimately retired with 45+ years of loyal service to the company and his fellow employees. He was a lover of garden tomatoes, neighborhood watermelon, good deals on cheap tools and dining at the local Ranch House restaurant and Neighborhood Diner.
He is survived by his wife T.C. of the home, a sister, Carole Trimpey of The Woodlands, Texas, two sons Michael Clinton of Richmond, Kentucky, and Timothy Everett of Harrison, Arkansas. He is also survived by a stepson, Josh, of Long Beach, California, as well as the many lives he touched, and friends he made along his journey. He truly was a man's man. He was loyal and quietly confident with a faith that carried him until his final peaceful breath. He is missed and will never be forgotten.
Cremation was performed through Diamond State and a celebration of life in Maplewood Cemetery in Harrison will be announced at a later date. Condolences may be left at www.DiamondStateCremation.com
