Julia Lee Wiebe, age 80, of Springfield, Missouri.
Julia Lee Wiebe, age 80, of Springfield, Missouri, left her earthly home and entered the arms of the Lord, February 11, 2025. She was born December 10, 1944, in Ft. Worth, Texas, the daughter of N.D. and Geneva (Oliver) Smith. Both have preceded her in death. Julia was joined in marriage March 29, 1967, to James Wiebe.
It is obvious that Julia loved the Lord and His work. She thrived on helping others in their walk with the Savior as she discipled them. Julia was a great cook and enjoyed her time with family. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
She is survived by her husband of nearly 58 years, James Wiebe; two daughters: Jeannine (Greg) Barton of Springfield, Missouri, and Jennifer (Rick) Berna of Grand Prairie, Texas; six grandchildren: Jonah Barton, Leah Mei-Ai Barton, Jocelyn Berna, Rachael (Brent) Sherman, Ranon Berna, Jaron Berna; and great grandchild, Millie Sherman two sisters: Janet and June; and brother-in-law, Dave Wiebe.
Julia will be inurned at the Missouri Veterans Cemetery in Springfield, Missouri at a later date.
