John Timothy Thompson, age 54, of Cassville, Missouri passed away Monday, July 26, 2021 at Eureka Springs Hospital in Eureka Springs, Arkansas.
He was born August 4, 1966 in San Diego, California, the son of William Thompson and Selma (Simmons) Thompson.
Surviving are his father, William Thompson of Monett, Missouri; his mother, Sally Plummer and her husband Jim of Cassville, Missouri; three brothers, Craig Thompson and his wife Frances of Seattle, Washington, Robert Thompson and his wife Dianna of Cassville, Missouri and Paul Thompson and his wife Natalie of Kinder, Louisiana; two sisters, Teresa Thompson of Phoenix, Arizona and Edith Ann Thompson of Cassville, Missouri and several nieces and nephews.
John attended school in San Diego, California. After moving to Cassville in 1994 he worked in construction as a brick layer. His favorite pastime was fishing. He was of the Baptist faith.
No services are scheduled at this time. Cremation arrangements are under direction of Fohn Funeral Home in Cassville.
