Frank Foster Hall, 89, of Kirbyville, Missouri

Frank Foster Hall, 89, of Kirbyville, Missouri, passed away peacefully on April 24, 2026. Born on October 8, 1936, in Kirbyville, Frank was proud of his roots and a lifelong resident of Taney County. He graduated from Forsyth High School and continued his education at the University of Missouri.

From 1959 to 1962, Frank honorably served his country as a hospital medic with the United States Army, stationed in Japan. Upon returning home, he married the love of his life, Betty McClary, on April 19, 1963, at Branson Christian Church. Together, they built a life filled with devotion and family.

Frank was a talented Master Builder, respected for his craftsmanship and integrity. He called himself a “gentleman farmer,” tending cattle and land with care. His family always came first, and he leaves behind a legacy of love.

Frank’s faith was personal and private, guiding his actions and his unwavering kindness. He was also active in the community, serving on the Central Taney County Fire Board for 38 years, including time as president.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Obie and Helen (McCann) Cobb; his beloved wife, Betty Hall; and brother-in-law, Bob Housman.

He is survived by his children, Andrew Hall (Mary) of Cedar Falls, IA, and Ronda Phillips (Doug) of Kirbyville; his brother, Jack Cobb (Carole) of Eldon; his sister, Rita Housman of Kirbyville; grandchildren, Faith Hall (Carl), Nathan Hall (Erin), Jared Phillips, and Clayton Phillips; great-grandson, Sammy Hall; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Frank will be remembered for his commitment to his family, and the lasting impact he had on all who knew him.

Services will be Thursday, May 7, 2026 in Snapp-Bearden Funeral Home & Crematory, Branson. Visitation will begin at 1:00 pm with the funeral service following at 2:00 pm.  Burial with full military honors will be in Ozarks Memorial Park Cemetery, Branson.
