Elizabeth A Duke, age 86, Lampe, Missouri
Elizabeth A. Duke, age 86, of Lampe, Missouri, passed away peacefully, Thursday, February 8, 2024, at 8:30 p.m., at the home of her daughter, Gwen A. Anna. She was born on September 30, 1937.
Elizabeth was very strong in the Word. She would study her Bible every day and evening. She would always go to church when she could. Elizabeth also liked to work in the yard, watching the hummingbirds, and watering the plants. She always kept an eye on things around the house. Elizabeth even took classes for art and painting. She earned her degree and was an L.P.N.
Elizabeth is survived by three children: Gwen Anna of Lampe, Missouri; Martin J. Duke of Seattle, Washington; and Teri Day of Diamond City, Arkansas; brother, Dan Lilley; and sister, Mary; five grandchildren; five great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be 1:00 p.m. March 2, 2024, at Lampe First Baptist Church, 67 State Hwy H, Lampe, Missouri 65681. There will be singing, special music, testimonies, and love for this beautiful Lady. Snacks and refreshments will be provided afterwards. Pastor Dennis Reynolds will be officiating. Donations may be made to the Gideons for Bibles. Arrangements and cremation are under the direction of Cremations of the Ozarks.
