Douglas Lin “Doug” Oxford, age 59, of Seligman, Missouri

              Douglas Lin “Doug” Oxford, age 59, of Seligman, Missouri passed away Monday, November 20, 2023 at home.

            He was born March 28, 1964 in Rogers, Arkansas the son of Virgil Franklin and Janet Elizabeth (Reeves) Oxford. On February 14, 1997 in Bentonville, Arkansas he was united in marriage to Diana Rodriguez, who survives. Also surviving are five brothers, Michael, Alan, Daryl, Brandon and Jimmy; two sisters, Teresa and Anita and numerous nieces and nephews.

            Preceding him in death were his parents; three brothers, Anthony, John and Gary and one nephew, Jeromy.

            Doug grew up in Brightwater and Garfield, Arkansas and attended school in Rogers, Arkansas. He was employed by Shippers Supply Pallet Company in Rogers, Arkansas for 15 years and worked as a laborer on various jobs. Doug enjoyed long walks, visiting with family and friends and loved his dogs, Bear and Samson.

            He loved going to church and was a member at His Way Fellowship in Gateway, where he was the first official deacon.

            Private services will be held at a later date. Cremation arrangements are under direction of Fohn Funeral Home in Cassville.
