Donnie Gene Bromley Sr., age 72, of Branson, Missouri.
Donnie Gene Bromley Sr., age 72, of Branson, Missouri, passed away October 30, 2021. He entered this life on November 29, 1948, in Elma, Washington, the son of Hubert Ray Bromley 2nd and Lois Bernice (Jennings) Bromley. Donnie was preceded in death by his wife, Patricia Bromley; parents; and two brothers: Hubert Ray Bromley 3rd and Gary Bromley.
With a passion for music, Donnie spent his lifetime perfecting the sound of string instruments. He performed with his wife at senior centers and nursing homes, playing guitar while his wife sang. Donnie’s favorite part about performing with his wife was listening to her sing. His favorite genre of music was country gospel. Donnie will be cherished in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
He is survived by his two daughters: Donita Burdin and Katherine Bailey of Branson, Missouri; son, Donnie (Kristy) Gene Bromley Jr. of Fort Smith, Arkansas; sister, Judy Schreckhise of Spiro, Oklahoma; and two sisters-in-law: Lois Bromley and Shirley Bromley. Donnie is also survived by nine grandchildren: Danielle, Alyssia, Jasmine, Reno, Ashleigh, Donnie 3rd, Chloe, Tyler, and Jermiah; four great-grandchildren: Isaiah, Hannah, Orion, and Treyvon; and several nieces, nephews, and friends.
