Clyde Junior Morse, age 66, of Hollister, Missouri, passed away August 5, 2023, with family by his side. He entered this life on August 28, 1956, the son of Clyde Morse Sr. and Helen (Stewart) Morse in Monroe, Louisiana.
With a valiant heart, Clyde spent thirty years exploring the world as a tugboat captain. He grew up in the Baton Rouge area until moving to the Ozarks. Clyde always put others before himself and cared deeply for everyone he loved. The memories and memories created over a life that was not long enough will be cherished by all who knew him.
Clyde is survived by his sisters: Linda Henries and Faye Kozak of Hollister, Missouri; nephew: Scott; niece, Elyse; great-nephew: Dominic; great-nieces: Nevah and Julianna; his pets: Heidi, Luchee, and Sophie; as well as many friends who loved him.
He is preceded in death by his parents; sisters: Dianne, Betty, and Vickie; brother, Danny; and great-nephew, Braydon.
