Chrystal Lynette Hardisty, age 68, of Branson, Missouri
Chrystal Lynette Hardisty, age 68, of Branson, Missouri, passed away April 14, 2023, with family by her side. She entered this life February 19, 1955, the daughter of Melvin and Wildon (Gilmore) Cross in Abilene, Kansas. Chrystal was joined in marriage October 31, 1975, to Jim Hardisty.
With a servant’s heart, Chrystal loved being able to take care of people, whether being in the hotels that they managed or with her family. She held a special place in her heart for her children and grandchildren. Chrystal was a wonderful mother and grandmother. She enjoyed hot rods and motorcycles. The memories and moments created throughout her life will be cherished by those she left behind.
Chrystal is survived by her husband of forty-eight years, Jim Hardisty of Branson, Missouri; daughters: Wendy Miller of Branson, Missouri, and Christina Johnson of Kansas City, Missouri; son: Jimmy Hardisty of Tonganoxie, Kansas; grandchildren: Cory Miller, Chance Miller, Donovan Johnson, Katelyn Hardisty, Christian Hardisty, and Jason Hardisty; and great-grandchildren: Camdyn Miller, Kason Miller, Hudson Miller, Bellamy Miller, and Penelope Hardisty.
She is preceded in death by her parents; grandmother, Frieda Gilmore; brother, Patrick Cross; and grandchildren: Cody Miller and Whitney Miller.
