Charles Vincent Yankey, age 66, of Kimberling City, Missouri
Charles Vincent Yankey, age 66, of Kimberling City, Missouri, passed away December 4, 2022, at his home with family at his bedside. He entered this life November 7, 1956, in Red Bud, Illinois, the son of William and Dorothy (Valleroy) Yankey. He was joined in marriage June 27, 1981, to Martha Mansker.
Charles was a heavy equipment operator at the stone quarry for forty years and a member of #318B. He retired in 2020. He had a fondness of motorcycling, especially Harleys. Charles loved to travel and see the world. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
Charles is preceded in death by his parents; brother-in-law, Gordon Mansker; and father-in-law, Ira “Jack” Mansker.
He is survived by his wife of 41 years, Martha Yankey; sister, Tina (Rick) Belton Sr. of Chester, Illinois; and brother, Todd (Chris) Yankey of Chester, Illinois.
A celebration of life will be held at a later time at Ebenezer Presbyterian Church in Chester, Illinois.
