A Marion County man appeared during a session of Baxter County Circuit Court/Criminal Division in August and pled not guilty to charges in the eighth criminal case opened on him since 2007.
According to the report from KTLO, 40-year-old David Kyle Simmons is charged with possessing drugs and drug paraphernalia.
Since 2007, Simmons has been charged with possessing drugs, selling drugs to a confidential informant, theft of property, fraudulent use of a credit card, theft by receiving and tampering with physical evidence.
