A Marion County man has died and another person injured in a single vehicle crash this past weekend.
According to the report filed by the Arkansas State Police, a car driven by 65-year-old Gaylon Sanders of Yellville was traveling along Highway 62/412 Saturday morning when it left the roadway on a curve, went down an embankment then struck a creek bed.
Sanders died in the crash while a passenger in the vehicle, 33-year-old Amanda Sanders was injured and taken to Baxter Regional Medical Center in Mountain Home for treatment.
Conditions were dry and clear at the time of the crash according to the ASP Report.
