While rainfall continues to impact the Ozarks today, strong winds will build during the day as well.
The National Weather Service has issued Wind Advisories for all of the Lakes Region. An advisory is already in effect for Carroll County and other parts of northwest Arkansas including Berryville and Eureka Springs while the Boone County/Harrison area as well as Stone and Taney Counties in Missouri including the Branson area go under the advisory at 1:00 this afternoon.
Forecasters predict wind gusts could be between 40 and 50 MPH causing issues for lose items in yards and business as well as high profile vehicles on the highways.
