Boone County Deputy Prosecuting Attorney Wes Bradford of Harrison says in the statement published by the Harrison Daily Times that he will seek the position currently held by Gail-Inman Campbell, who has announced she will retire at the end of her current term in 2024.
Bradford had originally stated earlier this year at a Newton County Quorum Court Meeting his intentions to seek the position. The District Judge handles cases in Boone and Newton as well as Searcy Counties.
