During KHOZ's "Around The Table" broadcast, he said a good description is that "the roads are sketchy at best. He added that the state highways are looking better. The main roads, main street and others are progressing. People are encouraged to stay inside unless the must drive.
Later, Boone County Judge Robert Hathaway talked about the snowy and icy weather conditions.
