Nick Chabarria from Triple AAA discussed current gas trends on Friday.
Chabarria said during KHOZ's "Around The Table" Friday prices have been on the decline since mid June, but the decline has slowed down. What's to come?
He said no major changes in gas prices are expected during Labor Day. Chabarria said there's one main reason prices are driving down: lower crude oil prices. Also, he said drivers have altered driving habits because of the prices. Chabarria highlighted what prices drivers can expect as they drive over the holiday.
He said southwest Missouri is seeing some of the cheapest prices across the state; however, Arkansas gas prices are slightly better than Missouri.
The whole interview with Chabarria is on the "Around The Table" Facebook Page.
