The Arkansas Department of Health has three boil orders in effect for area water systems while one recently issued order has been lifted.
The department reports the current water systems under boil orders:
-The Mount Olive Water System in Madison County. The order was issued Friday for the area along County Road 7075 and on Highway 295 from the intersection of CR 7075 for 2 miles. The order was issued due to a main break.
-The East Newton County Water Association. The order was issued last week for the Highway 123 area north of Mount Judea due to a fire hydrant repair and break.
-Pyatt Waterworks. The entire system in Marion County remains under a boil order after a main break in mid-August.
Customers in these areas need to boil water for one minute prior to consumption or use in cooking.
Meanwhile, an order for the Leslie Water System in Searcy County issued due to a water main break was lifted last Thursday.
