The Carter Grace Foundation will partner with Boone County Special Services for the Healthy Lifestyle Challenge, according to Bob Brown.
Brown from the Carter Grace Foundation appeared on KHOZ's "Around The Table" Wednesday to talk about that and more. The focus is on nutrition and exercise. The foundation will discuss healthy sleep habits, nutrition and more.
He added that the foundation purchased a gaming system to assist individuals who aren't mobile in participating. That gaming system will power up next Monday when Brown is there to speak.

The Carter Grace Foundation launched close to 10 years ago. Brown said the businesspeople who started it seek to help the community by various means. More was discussed on the broadcast.
