A front that is scheduled to move through the Lakes Region mid to late evening Sunday could bring some strong storms followed by colder weather.
National Weather Service Forecasters has the Lakes Region in the "Marginal" category as far as the chances for severe weather while those chances are slightly higher south of a Harrison to Mountain Home line in Arkansas. Some hail and strong winds around 60 mph are the primary threats. The most likely time for storms in the Branson area is expected between 8 and 11 pm.
All of the storms should be clear of the area by Monday morning with much colder temperatures with highs Monday and Tuesday expected to only be in the 40s.
