A Missouri man faces charges for an Arkansas Crime.
According to court documents filed earlier this month in Carroll County Circuit Court, 22-year-old Lyle Wade Russell of Lampe is facing two felony charges in connection with a break-in at a residence in Oak Grove on September 1.
According to the probable cause affidavit, a person who lives at the residence returned home to find a door open then hear someone that was in the house. The resident first called 9-1-1 then a nearby family member who arrived first and find a person, later identified as Russell, in the home. A Carroll County officer arrived shortly afterward and found items on Russell and stacked elsewhere that belonged to the homeowners.
Russell has pleaded not guilty to the charges and was released on a $10,000 Bond and will next appear in Carroll County Court on October 21.
