President Joe Biden delivers the annual State of the Union Speech this evening at the U.S. Capital.
Biden is expected to center his speech on reasserting America’s leadership around the world a White House official has told the media ahead of the speech.
Meanwhile, the Republican Response will be delivered by recently elected Arkansas Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders, who stated in a release last week she is happy to present the GOP’s Optimistic view of the future and contrast with what she calls the failed policies of the current administration.
