Siloam Springs Woman Dies in Crash in Madison County

A Siloam Springs woman has died in a traffic crash on a rural Madison County Road near Huntsville Friday evening.

According to the Arkansas State Police Report, 21-year-old Destiny Smith lost control of her UTV causing it to overturn several times before coming to a rest in a ditch. Smith was pronounced dead at the scene.

This is the 222nd fatality in traffic crashes worked by the Arkansas State Police in 2022 and the first during the Memorial Day Weekend counting period which began at 6:00 pm on Friday.
