The National Weather Service says a Marginal to Slight Risk of Severe Storms are possible on Wednesday in the Lakes Region.
A front will move through bringing two rounds of thunderstorms, the first early morning Wednesday, the second during the afternoon.
Today will be hot with Heat Index Readings into the 90s. After a break due to the rain, hot conditions will return for the official start of summer on Friday with temperatures into the 90s with possible Heat Index Readings around 100 into the weekend.
