Arkansas State Senator Bryan King provided updates Friday about what he's up to.
King appeared on KHOZ's "Around The Table" to talk about some of the latest local political developments. He discussed issues.
One of them is:
SB 307 - It just passed. It will allow energy and electric cooperatives to increase rates. King said those pushing that change say it's to pay for facilities to better care for "the increasing energy demand." King said he didn't vote for the bill.
King pointed out that SB 307 ties into a national issue, data centers. The senator talked about other topics, like artificial intelligence. More was discussed on the broadcast.
The full interview with King is on the "Around The Table" Facebook Page.
