United States Sen. John Boozman said Wednesday he is touching base with several people in Arkansas; Boozman appeared on KHOZ’s “Around The Table” to talk.
The senator said he would visit Camp Jack to talk about veteran-related issues. He will also visit with the superintendent of the Buffalo River. “Tourism is such an important component for our state and the area,” Boozman said.
Boozman will also be in Jasper and Mountain Home. Later, Boozman said he believes the answers to problems need to come from the ground up and not from Washington (DC) down. He also said “we need to produce more energy and drive the cost down.”
He said the problems with energy existed before the current situation with Russia. The full show with Boozman is available on Around The Table’s Facebook Page.
