On June 11th, 2025, deputies responded to an address on Highway 65 in Pindall, Arkansas for a Domestic Disturbance between two females.
After arriving, deputies spoke with the complainant who stated that earlier in the morning, the suspect, Kelly Elaine Kiss, and her had been arguing. During the course of the argument, Kiss "shoved" a phone in her face as it was recording. Kiss then shoved the complainant, causing her to fall into and step on a one - year - old - female who was in the residence. The complainant then left the residence for a cooling down period. The complainant also stated that Kiss had been consuming intoxicants.
After a period of time the complainant returned to the residence, and Kiss began arguing with her again. At some point, Kiss shoved the complainant out of her way and began spanking another three -year-old - small child, approximately three times, and "threw" the child against the wall, causing the child to strike its head. The mother of the complainant, who was also at the residence, left the residence with the three - year - old at this time.
The complainant stated that Kiss struck her in the leg and scratched her face as Kiss removed the complainant's glasses off her face. The complainant/victim stated that Kiss also "slammed" her (victim's) head off the wall, pulled her hair and choked her. During this time, Kiss attempted to shove the victim into a shower, in an attempt to lock her in it. After getting out of the shower, Kiss shoved the complainant/victim into the toilet, as she began choking her again.
Deputies took photographs of injuries that the complainant/victim received. Injuries noted were bruising, scratches, and marks around the neck to the complainant/victim.
When deputies contacted Kiss, Kiss stated that no altercation had occurred; however, physical evidence proved Kiss' statement to be false.
After approaching the complainant/victim once again, she stated that prior to the physical altercation between she and Kiss, Kiss began THROWING BABY CHICKENS INTO A FAN, KILLING TWO OF THEM, and badly injuring four of them. Out of the six baby chickens, five had died and one was badly injured.
At this point Kelly Elaine Kiss was placed under arrest. All injuries of the victim were photographed, including photographs of the baby chickens, and a whiskey bottle at the scene.
Kelly Kiss is currently incarcerated at the Searcy County Detention.
Circuit Judge H.G. Foster set bond at $10,000.00.
