Information has been released by the Arkansas State Police involving a crash early Monday morning in Carroll County that killed a man from Searcy County.
According to the report, 19-year-old Matthew Hobbs of Marshall was driving on Highway 412 near Carroll County Road 945 when his vehicle collided head-on with a vehicle driven by 32-year-old Yancey Dimmett of London.
Hobbs was taken to Washington Regional Medical Center in Fayetteville where he later died while a passenger in his vehicle, 19-year-old Eli Roberts of Marshall, was also taken to Washington Medical for treatment of his injuries. Dimmett was taken to Cox South in Springfield for treatment of injuries.
