The incumbent for Boone County Treasurer Sandy Carter said Thursday if she remains treasurer that there’s not a lot she would change.
“We change as we go. If we see we need something, we make that happen,” Carter said. She has worked in the office for 17 years. “Right now we’re sitting on top of about $21 million that we have to balance daily,” Carter said.
Carter talked about this and more Thursday on KHOZ’s “Around The Table” broadcast. The full interview is on the “Around The Table” Facebook Page.
