Wednesday, Arkansas Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders presented the annual State of the State Address after the convening of the Fiscal Session of the 95th General Assembly.
According to the speech posted on her website Governor Sanders spent the early part of the speech talking about the success of the LEARNS Act, the legislation she pushed forward to improve the state’s schools and listed several examples of those successes.
Sanders also covered several pieces of legislation that have improved safety for Arkansas residents including the raising of pay for officers around the state.
