The Ralph Foster Museum at College of the Ozarks has reopen to the public with new hours.
The hours for the Ralph Foster Museum are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Wednesday through Saturday.
Dedicated to the history of the Ozarks region and named in honor of radio pioneer and philanthropist Ralph D. Foster, the Ralph Foster Museum is a three-story gallery housing thousands of objects representing archaeology, history, firearms, antiques, numismatics, natural history, fine arts, geology, and mineralogy. A point of interest for museum-goers is the original 1921 Oldsmobile Model 46 Roadster used on the CBS television series, “The Beverly Hillbillies,” located on the first floor of the museum.
The museum also houses Rosie O’Neil’s Kewpie Doll Collection and one of the most extensive gun collections in the United States.
