Missouri is one of five states holding Primary Elections today.
One of the most watch races is for the Republican Nomination for the U.S. Senate Race to take over for retiring Senator Roy Blunt. In the last week, Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmidt has been leading the field which includes former Governor Eric Greitens and Congressional Members Vicky Hartlzer and Billy Long.
All of the congressional races including who will succeed Long in Southwest Missouri’s District 7 has also been highlighted.
Locally, Presiding Commissioner and Clerk Races are among the contested Republican Primaries in both Stone and Taney Counties.
Polls will be open until 7:00 this evening and coverage of the results can be heard tonight on Legends 1063 Dot FM beginning at 8:00.
