Polls Open in Harrison for Sales Tax Vote

Polls are now open as Harrison Voters cast ballots on two Sales Tax Issues.

Polls are now open as Harrison Voters cast ballots on two Sales Tax Issues to help fund the development and maintenance of the new Creekside Community Center at the old Junior High School Facility Downtown plus fund and maintain other parks and recreation projects.

Polls are open at Woodland Hills Baptist Church as well as the Boone County Election Center on between now and 7:30 this evening.

One other north central Arkansas City is also having a Special Election today as voters in Cotters are being asked to approve an extension of an existing 1% sales tax to finance improvements to the city’s sewer system.
