A longtime Branson business is closing today with an auction set for Tuesday.
According to a release from the owners of Party Magic, the store is ending its 32 plus year run today, closing down at 5:00 this afternoon.
The business was started by Paul and Paula Moriuchi after retiring from the restaurant business in the mid 1990's. The Moriuchis had operated Koi Garden Oriental Restaurant prior to that on the adjacent property where Bob Evans Restaurant now sits at Highway 65 and Main Street. Party Magic is one of the businesses currently in the Koi Garden Plaza.
Current owner Patty Stillman said in a release that an auction of store merchandise and equipment will take place at 9:00 Tuesday morning.
