A local food pantry was the sight of a milestone hit by a regional food bank.
Christian Action Ministries announces on their Facebook page that Ozarks Food Harvest, the organization that helps food pantries throughout southwest Missouri, delivered their 7 millionth meal and that the meal was one delivered to CAM tp their facility in Branson. A celebration was held to honor the milestone.
Ozarks Food Harvest was formed in 1983 and has been the food bank that helps get food to pantries all across the region including CAM, which started a year later helping supply food to families in need in the Lakes Region.
