A man from Mount Judea is behind bars on charges stemming from alleged rapes and sexual assault of a minor over a period of 10 years.
Court Documents filed in Newton County Circuit Court indicates 56-year-old Donald Rockwell is accused on a court of forcible rape and two counts of sexual assault of a female minor who he was the guardian of over a period of time between 2010 and 2019.
Rockwell is currently in the Newton County Jail in Jasper on a $100,000 Bond.
