New Medical Plaza Coming to Harrison

On Sept. 7, North Arkansas Regional Medical Center will have a preview of the old Arvest Bank building; it will serve as a medical plaza, according to the hospital CEO and President Sammie Cribbs.

Cribbs appeared with NARMC's Director of Marketing and Community Relations Kim Rosson to talk about the opportunity to tour what is the new medical plaza. It's going to run from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Cribbs said the medical plaza will have urgent care with after-hours care. They'll stay open until about 7 p.m. The urgent care wing will also serve patients during weekends.

The plaza will also have family practice and baby delivery. Cribbs added that pediatric care will move into the plaza.

The NARMC CEO revealed that the new facility will feature general surgery and orthopedic services.

Later, Rosson promoted several events, and she said that the unveiling of the plaza will have a cookout. The grand opening of this plaza is Oct. 5. More was discussed on the broadcast.
