The Yellville City Council decides on the person to fill the unexpired term of Mayor Shawn Lane who passed away in April.
According to KTLO, Hunter Duren will take over the seat that Lane held for 18 years prior to his death on April 4. In addition, KTLO reports that a street running through the City Park will be named Lane.
