A service interruption impacts an area telephone company.
Northern Arkansas Telephone Company, Inc. is currently experiencing a system-wide phone service interruption affecting voice services for all NATCO customers according to a release from the company.
This includes interruptions to 911 services on landline phones. Internet services are not affected. A technician is en route, and they are working quickly to restore services.
Updates will be posted to NATCO’s Facebook and Twitter accounts, as well as be relayed to local media outlets.
