NATCO Experiencing Technical Issues Affecting 9-1-1 Service

A service interruption impacts an area telephone company.

Northern Arkansas Telephone Company, Inc. is currently experiencing a system-wide phone service interruption affecting voice services for all NATCO customers according to a release from the company.

This includes interruptions to 911 services on landline phones. Internet services are not affected. A technician is en route, and they are working quickly to restore services.
