Stephanie Bolton with North Arkansas Regional Medical Center (NARMC) said April 29 that the Baby Fair will take place on Mother’s Day weekend on May 7.
Bolton said during KHOZ’s “Around The Table” that the event runs from 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. in the gym of Eagle Heights Baptist Church. It’s an Informed Choices of Harrison, Arkansas event. NARMC will bring six tables, nutrition information, and lactation information. Bolton said they will also talk about their baby-friendly status.
In addition to NARMC talking about what their own delivery patients can expect, Family Medicine Clinic will talk about car seat safety. “We are going to be giving away door prizes,” Bolton said. Prizes include car seats, diapers, wipes and a big, mystery door prize.
Also, therapy services will be present. The therapy services range from occupational, physical, speech and more.
