NARMC Vaccine Clinic Friday at JPH Conference Center

North Arkansas Regional Medical Center will offer Moderna & Pfizer vaccines on Friday, Oct. 8.

North Arkansas Regional Medical Center (NARMC) will be hosting a Community Vaccine Clinic on Friday, October 8th, from 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the JPH Conference Center on the North Arkansas College South Campus. The clinic will offer both the Moderna and Pfizer vaccines.

Making an appointment by calling (870) 414-2021 between 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM Monday through Friday is encouraged, but walk-ins are also welcome. 

All Arkansans aged 12 years or older are eligible to receive a COVID-19 vaccine. 

The clinic will also offer Pfizer booster shots if it has been at lease six months since your second dose of the Pfizer vaccine. To be eligible you must also meet the following criteria: 

- People 65 years and older and residents in long-term care settings.

- People aged 18-64 years with *underlying medical conditions.

- People aged 18-64 years who are at increased risk for COVID-19 exposure and transmission because of occupational or institutional settings. 

* Underlying medical conditions include: cancer, chronic kidney disease, chronic lung diseases (including COPD and asthma), dementia, diabetes (type 1 or type 2), down syndrome, heart conditions (such as heart failure, coronary artery disease, or hypertension), HIV infection, immunocompromised or blood stem cell transplant, stroke or cerebrovascular disease, substance us disorders. 

Note: This listed medical conditions do not include all potential medical conditions that could make you more likely to get severely ill. Rare medical conditions may not be included. However, a person with a condition that is not listed may still be in more danger from COVID-19 than persons of similar age who do not have the condition and should talk with their healthcare provider.
