Andria Merritt has worked at North Arkansas Regional Medical Center (NARMC) for five years as of March, according to Kim Rosson.
Merritt appeared on KHOZ's "Around The Table" with Rosson on Wednesday to discuss her work. Merritt is a nurse practitioner and sees a variety of patients. She described the range of patients the family doctors clinic sees as "from cradle to grave." The office sees just about everyone and everything.
Merritt began her career as a registered nurse but has experience seeing things in surgical settings. The nurse practitioner doesn't have plans to pursue further training at this point.
The clinic is near the emergency room and is open Monday through Friday. New patients are welcome. More was discussed on the broadcast.
The full interview with Merritt and Rosson is on the "Around The Table" Facebook Page.
