MISSOURI — The Supreme Court of Missouri is rolling out a major update to how the public can access court records — and what stays off-limits.
In an order issued Tuesday, Dec. 16, the Court approved a series of rule changes designed to make remote access to case documents easier while tightening and simplifying protections for confidential information.
The revisions overhaul the state’s rules on redaction, sealing, and confidentiality — marking the most significant update to Missouri’s court record policies in years.
