Mayor Presents Annual Update on Branson

Branson Mayor Larry Milton presents his Annual State of the City Presentation today.

The speech will take place at 5:15 this afternoon in the Branson City Council Chambers prior to the regular meeting which will take place at 6:00 pm.

Lisa Rau, Director of Communications for the City, says during a Monday interview on KRZK's "Ozarks Now" program that the speech will outline the city's progress on several projects as well the city's goal of becoming more transparent and more accessible information through digital platforms. 

Rau says the speech will also address Milton's desire for the government to operate at the speed of business. 

Rau also talks about update on other projects including the new Turf Fields at the Branson Rec Plex, the new Fire Station Number Four on Champagne Blvd., and the new flood wall at the Compton Wastewater Plant.
