A Searcy County man faces multiple felony charges following an investigation by the Arkansas State Police Internet Crimes Against Children Unit.
According to a recently released probable cause affidavit, 33‑year‑old Richard Allan Bradley of Marshall was arrested on December 10, 2025, after a multi‑year investigation initiated by cyber tips submitted to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. Reports from online service providers beginning in 2022 identified accounts allegedly linked to Bradley, leading investigators to obtain several search warrants for electronic accounts and devices.
State police executed a search warrant at Bradley’s residence on Pruitt Drive the morning of December 10, seizing multiple cell phones and digital devices. During a post‑Miranda interview, Bradley initially claimed the accounts in question had been hacked but later admitted communicating online with at least one individual before requesting legal counsel. He was taken into custody and transported to the Searcy County Jail.
Investigators accessed several seized devices on December 10 and 15 using passcodes provided by Bradley. A forensic review revealed multiple instances of child sexual abuse material. Court records show Bradley is charged with 40 counts of possession or use of such material, a Class B felony.
He remains in the Searcy County Jail awaiting future court proceedings.
